Why was my ad refused? - Unauthorised Content (Adult 18+ Personals categories + Non-adult massage & Photography/Models)

Help to publish an ad after it has been refused for unauthorised content.

Common causes:

Here are some common reasons ads are refused:

  1. It's sexually suggestive: sexually suggestive or nude photos.

  2. It's too explicit: Uncoded sex acts or overly pornographic descriptions.

  3. It's risky behaviour: Mentions of intoxication or unprotected acts that could impair safe choices.

  4. It's off-limits: Kinks or fantasies we don't allow, even if simulated (more on that below).

  5. It's overstuffed: Too many locations or keywords jammed into the description.

  6. It's too extreme: Graphic or violent BDSM details that go beyond what's okay here.

  7. It's too much at once: Multiple services or products bundled into one ad.

  8. It's unclear: Vague or misleading descriptions that don't tell it straight.

Deliberately impairing decision-making or situations of increased vulnerability

We're all about safe, respectful connections. Skip mentions of intoxication (alcohol or legal substances) or unprotected sexual acts.

Kinks not allowed on the platform

Some fantasies—like non-consensual, incestual, underage, or schoolgirl themes—aren't okay here, even if they're simulated with consenting adults. We avoid these to keep things safe and responsible as we feel these could promote and normalise potentially dangerous feelings and ideas.

Location/keyword stuffing

You can list up to 10 locations and 10 keywords but don't overdo it. Cramming in extras or piling on search terms is called 'keyword stuffing' and will get your ad removed.

Extreme/explicit BDSM descriptions

We're cool with a stigma-free space for kinks, and what you discuss in private is your own business, just keep it vague and safe in your advert content, please. Saying "I'm into BDSM" or "domination" is fine, but skip graphic details like "I like violence" or "I want to be enslaved." If you're offering a Domination service, tone down the explicit talk until the conversation is private.

Escorting Specific

Description of sex acts or uncoded sexual content in Escorting ads: Keep it flirty and fun—think "sassy, raunchy, playful." Avoid pornographic vibes or explicit terms like "blow job." Use coded terms like "BJ" or "OW" instead.

Many products/services in one ad

Offering escorting, webcamming, and custom pics? Awesome, but stick to one service per ad. Need to advertise extra stuff like content sales? Post a separate ad in "Adult Entertainment."

Misrepresentative or deliberately ambiguous descriptions: Be upfront and clear about what you're offering. If it's vague or misleading, we'll ask you to sharpen it up.

How can I fix it?

It's an easy fix—here's what to do:

  • Dodge everything in the "common causes" list above—no extreme, uncoded, or risky content.

  • Keep it flirty but safe: use coded terms for Escorting ads and vague phrasing for kinks like BDSM.

  • Stick to one service per ad—don't mix and match.

  • List up to 10 locations and keywords, but don't stuff 'em in.

  • Make your description clear, honest, and category-appropriate.
