I paid for an upgrade but it has not been applied

My plan is not in my ad. My payment is not in my ad. My paid feature is not in my ad. y upgrade is missing.

If you've paid for an upgrade and it hasn't appeared on your ad, here's what to check.

Check your account is not blocked

Paid upgrades will not activate if your account is blocked. If you can't log in or your account appears restricted, resolve the account issue first — once your account is active, your upgrade should apply automatically.


Check your ad is live

Upgrades only show on published, active ads. If your ad is pending moderation, expired, or disabled, the upgrade will not be visible until the ad is live.


Check you're looking in the right place

Each upgrade type shows differently in search results:

  • VIP — appears in the carousel at the very top of the page

  • Highlight — shows 3 photos plus a blue outline border in search results

  • Featured — larger image with a Featured label in the results card

  • Basic — cleaner card layout, visible on mobile and desktop

If your upgrade is active but not showing as expected, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page.


If your payment went through but the upgrade still hasn't applied

  • Your account email address

  • Your listing URL

  • Confirmation of payment (e.g. payment reference or date)
