Your upgrade is visible to customers on the Search Page. This article explains exactly where to find each upgrade feature and how to confirm it is showing correctly.
Where to find your VIP listing on the new Search Page
To confirm your VIP listing is displaying correctly:
1. Go to the Search Page in your listing's category and location
2. Look at the top of the page — above all other results — for the VIP Ads carousel
3. Your listing should appear in the VIP Ads carousel with a VIP badge
If VIP ads exist for your category and location, the carousel is displayed. If you are the only VIP listing in that search, the carousel shows only your listing.
You can also view the dedicated VIP listings page by tapping "View all VIP Ads" in the carousel section.
Where to find your Highlight listing on the new Search Page
To confirm your Highlight listing is displaying correctly:
1. Go to the Search Page in your listing's category and location
2. Find your listing in the main results grid
3. Your card should show: a blue outline border, a Highlight badge, and 3 photos visible directly in the card
Where to find your Featured listing on the new Search Page
To confirm your Featured listing is displaying correctly:
1. Go to the Search Page in your listing's category and location
2. Find your listing in the main results grid
3. Your card should show a larger main photo and a Featured label
Where to find the IDV badge on your listing
The IDV badge is shown on your listing card if you are an independent advertiser in an adult category and have completed identity verification. The IDV badge appears in the same card view as your other listing details.
What to do if your upgrade badge or placement is not showing correctly
If your upgrade badge or placement is not showing as expected, contact the support team with your listing URL via the chat icon on this page and the team will investigate.
