Purchased upgrades have not changed. Everything you paid for carries over to the new Search Page experience. In fact, most upgrades now deliver more than they did before.
What stays the same after the Search Page update
The following are unchanged by the update:
- Your upgrade level (Basic, Featured, Highlight, VIP)
- Your billing and renewal schedule
- Any active promotions on your listing
- Your listing content and photos
What each upgrade delivers now — compared to before
While your upgrade type has not changed, what it delivers for you has improved:
- VIP — your listing now appears in the VIP carousel at the very top of the page, before any other results. VIP listings are also accessible via a dedicated "View all VIP Ads" page.
- Highlight — your listing now shows 3 photos plus a blue outline border directly in search results, on both mobile and desktop. More visible before customers even click.
- Featured — larger image and a clearer Featured label in the results card.
- Basic — cleaner card design and improved layout on mobile.
Has anything been removed from my upgrade?
Nothing has been removed from any upgrade level. All features included in your upgrade are still active. If you believe something is missing from your listing, contact the support team with your listing URL and the team will investigate.
