How to understand what the new Summary page shows

How do my customers see the new summary page

The Summary page is the main browsing page on Vivastreet — it is where customers land when they search for listings in a category and location. This article explains what customers now see on the Summary page, and how your listing fits into it.

What customers see when they open the Summary page

When a customer searches on Vivastreet, the Summary page loads with results in this order:

1. VIP Ads carousel — a scrollable strip at the very top, showing only VIP-upgraded listings for that category and location. If no VIP ads exist for the search, this section does not appear.

2. Main results grid — all other listings, ordered by relevance to the search.

3. Related Searches and Related Locations — at the bottom of the page, helping customers explore further without starting over.

How filters affect what customers see on the Summary page

Customers can tap the Filter button in the toolbar to open the filter drawer and narrow results. The filter drawer includes:

- Rate (sliding price range)

- Services (Incall / Outcall)

- Gender

- Ethnicity

- Age (sliding range)

- Photos & Videos

- Independent / Agency

Filters are applied when the customer taps Show Results. Their selections are saved if they close and reopen the drawer. This means customers who set specific filters will only see listings that match those criteria — so keeping your listing details complete and accurate directly affects your visibility in filtered searches.

How your listing appears on the Summary page results

Depending on your upgrade level, here is what customers see on your listing card in the results:

- Basic — one photo, title, location, rate, and service tags

- Featured — larger photo and a Featured label

- Highlight — blue outline border, Highlight badge, 3 photos, title, location, rate, and service tags

- VIP — VIP badge on the card, plus placement in the VIP carousel at the top of the page

What the sticky toolbar does on the Summary page

As customers scroll through results, a toolbar stays pinned to the top of the screen. The sticky toolbar shows a summary of the customer's current search and a Filter button. This keeps customers on the page and browsing — rather than leaving to start over.
