If your listing appears in search results but seems to be missing details — such as rate, photos, services, or upgrade badges — here are a few things worth checking. These often solve it quickly.
Step 1 — Check that your listing is complete
The most common reason information is missing in results is that it was not added to the listing in the first place. Log in to your account and check the following:
- Rate — is your rate filled in? Listings without a rate will not appear in rate-filtered searches, and the rate may not show on the listing card.
- Photos — do you have photos uploaded? Listings without photos show a placeholder image and will not appear in photo-filtered searches.
- Services — are Incall and/or Outcall set? These display as tags on the listing card.
- Listing status — is your listing active and published? A paused or expired listing will not appear in results.
Step 2 — Check that your upgrade badge is showing
If you have a VIP, Highlight, or Featured upgrade and the badge is not visible on your card:
1. Go to the Search Page in your category and location
2. Search for your listing manually
3. If the badge is not showing on your card, contact the support team with your listing URL
Step 3 — Check that filters are not hiding your listing from customers
If a customer says they cannot see your listing details, ask them to remove all filters and search again. Some filter combinations will exclude listings that do not have certain fields filled in. The most common cases are:
- No rate listed → listing will not appear in rate-range filtered searches
- No Incall/Outcall set → listing will not appear in those filtered searches
- No photos → listing will not appear when the Photos & Videos filter is applied
