If a listing in the search results looks incomplete — missing a photo, rate, location, or other details — here is why that happens and what you can do.
Why listing information might be missing from results
Listing content is added by the advertiser. If a listing is missing details, it is because the advertiser has not filled in that information on their ad. Vivastreet does not add or verify the content of individual listings. Common examples of missing information are:
- No rate shown — the advertiser has not set a price on their listing
- No photo — the advertiser has not uploaded images
- No location detail — listed as a broad area rather than a specific location
- No service tags — Incall or Outcall not specified on the listing
How to avoid seeing incomplete listings in your results
Use filters to focus on listings that have the information you need:
- Apply the Photos & Videos filter to only see listings that have images
- Use the rate range slider — listings without a rate will not appear in rate-filtered searches, so filtering by price naturally surfaces more complete listings
What to do if a listing looks incomplete
If a listing does not have enough information for you to make a decision, look for one that does. Use the search and filters to find alternatives in your category and location.
What to do if a listing's detail page appears genuinely broken
If the missing information is not just empty fields — but the page itself appears broken, with large blank sections where content should be — try refreshing the page. If it still looks broken, get in touch via the chat icon and we will take a look.
