If your listing is not appearing when you or a customer searches for it, here are the most common causes — most are quick to fix.
Step 1 — Confirm your listing is active and published
Log in to your account and check:
- Is your listing published — not paused, expired, or pending review?
- Is the listing in the correct category?
- Is your location accurate?
An expired or paused listing will not appear in search results regardless of the search terms used.
Step 2 — Check the search terms being used
The new search uses intent matching, not exact keyword matching. But it still needs some signal to work with. If the search terms used are very generic or in the wrong category, your listing may not appear. Try searching with:
- Your category name (e.g. "Escorts & Massages")
- Your location (e.g. "London")
- A keyword from your listing title
Step 3 — Check whether filters are excluding your listing
If a customer is using the filter drawer, your listing may be excluded if key details are not filled in on your listing:
- No rate listed → will not appear in rate-filtered searches
- No Incall/Outcall set → will not appear in those filtered searches
- No photos → will not appear in photo-filtered searches
Adding the missing details to your listing will allow it to appear across more filter combinations.
Step 4 — Check the location radius setting
If a customer has set a tight radius filter — such as 0 miles or ¼ mile — your listing may not appear if your listed location does not fall within that radius of their selected location. Check that your listing location is accurate for the area you serve.
Step 5 — Contact the support team
If your listing is active, complete, and correctly categorised — but still not appearing — contact the support team via the chat icon. Please share your listing URL and a description of the search you tried and we'll look into it straight away.
