What to do if your search returns no results

My search came back with no results

If you search and see a "No results found" page, it means no listings currently match your search criteria — but there are a few easy ways to fix that.

What the "No results found" page shows you

When your search returns no results, you will see two options on the page:

- Edit Search — tap this to go back and adjust your keyword, location, or category

- Create an alert — tap this to be notified by email when a new listing matching your criteria is posted

Why your search might be returning no results

The most common reasons for a "No results found" result are:

- Too many filters applied — combining multiple specific filters (tight rate range, specific age, small radius) can reduce results to zero

- Keyword too specific — very precise or unusual keywords may not match any current listings

- Location radius too tight — a 0 miles or ¼ mile radius with a specific location may return nothing if there are no listings that close

- Wrong category — the listing type you are looking for may be in a different category

- No listings available right now — in some locations or niche searches, there are genuinely no active listings at this moment

What to try when the search returns no results

Try the following steps in order:

1. Tap Edit Search and remove one or more filters

2. Broaden your rate range slider

3. Increase your radius to 5 miles or more

4. Try a shorter keyword or remove the keyword entirely and browse by category and location

5. Try a nearby location or a broader area (e.g. "London" instead of a specific postcode)

6. Set up an alert — tap "Create an alert" to be notified when a matching listing is posted
