Customers who have viewed listings before may want to find them again. This article explains how customers can return to listings they have seen, and what you can do to make it easy for them to find yours again.
How customers use Recent Saved Searches to find previous results
The search drawer shows a "Your Recent Saved Search" section. This section shows the customer's most recent searches — category, location, and keyword — so they can tap to repeat a previous search in one tap and find listings they saw before.
How Favourites helps customers return to specific listings
Logged-in customers who tapped the heart icon on a listing have it saved in their Favourites. They can access their Favourites from their Vivastreet account at any time to go back to listings they liked.
If a customer tells you they are having trouble finding your listing again after seeing it before, the most likely reasons are:
- They did not save it to Favourites at the time
- They were not logged in when they browsed, so their history was not stored
- Your listing has been renewed and may appear in a slightly different position in results
What you can do to make it easy for customers to return to your listing
Encourage customers to save your listing using the heart icon when they view it. Saving gives customers a direct path back to you without needing to search again. This is especially useful for customers who are comparing multiple listings before making a decision.
