If you've submitted your ad and received a confirmation, but can't find it on the site, don't worry, this is usually temporary. Here's what to check.
Your ad may still be going through moderation
All ads on Vivastreet go through a moderation review before they appear on the site. This can take up to 24 hours. If your ad was recently submitted, give it some time before assuming something is wrong.
What to check
Check your email - you should have received a confirmation that your ad was submitted. If you didn't, it may not have gone through correctly
Log in and check My Ads - your ad should appear there even while it's being reviewed
Check if your ad was refused - if it didn't meet our posting guidelines, you'll have received a notification explaining why. See [Why was my ad refused?] for next steps.
Check your spam folder - moderation notifications sometimes land there
If your ad is showing in My Ads but not in search results
This can happen in the first few hours after publication. The site index updates regularly — your ad should appear in search results within 24 hours of going live.

2. You can type in a keyword that will retrieve all the adverts that contain that specific word. Examples: cat, dog
This will bring up a page containing adverts related to cats or dogs.
